| OL’SKOOL 4X4 ADVENTURES RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT In consideration of being permitted to participate in the OL'Skool 4x4 Off-Road Adventures (hereinafter called OL’SKOOL), the undersigned participant, for himself, herself, personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE the OL'SKOOL and OL"SKOOL participants of all liability to the undersigned, whether caused by the negligent act or omission of participants or otherwise while undersigned is participating in such events. It is fully understood by each of the undersigned that there is inherent risk associated with these events, including damage to vehicles and persons. In addition, the undersigned participant AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the OL’Skool from any loss, liability, damage, or costs incurred due to such participation by the undersigned, whether caused by OL’Skool organizers negligence or otherwise while the and undersigned is participating in these events. In signing this release, each of the undersigned hereby acknowledges and represents the following: That he/she has read the foregoing Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement. That he/she shall at all times, while riding in a vehicle participating in this event, wear his/her respective seat belts. That the owner/driver certifies that he/she has inspected this vehicle and same is in good mechanical condition and is properly insured. That the owner/driver has informed himself/herself about the trail training and trail(s) involved in the training either by prior participation or by investigation into the training and trail(s). WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL PARTICIPANTS (For a participant under the age of 18 years, a parent with legal custody or the minor’s legal guardian must sign Passenger Signature next to the minor's name and age). | This waiver needs to be signed by all OL'Skool participants, it protects the OL'Skool organizers (Duane & Rob) and you the participant from all Liability. The reason for this Waiver is to ensure everyone understands that there is inherent risk associated with OL'Skool events, including damage to vehicles and persons. |
