OL’SKOOL 4X4 ADVENTURES RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT called OL’SKOOL), the undersigned participant, for himself, herself, personal representatives, heirs, and next of including damage to vehicles and persons. That the owner/driver certifies that he/she has inspected this vehicle and same is in good mechanical condition and is properly insured. That the owner/driver has informed himself/herself about the trailtraining and trail(s) involved in the training either by prior participation or by investigation into the training and trail(s). WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL PARTICIPANTS (For a participant under the age of 18 years, a next to the minor’s name.) parent with legal custody or the minor’s legal guardian must sign this release form and write the minor and age next to the minor’s name.) | This waiver needs to be signed by all OL'Skool participants, it protects the OL'Skool organizers (Duane & Rob) and you the participant from all Liability. The reason for this Waiver is to ensure everyone understands that there is inherent risk associated with OL'Skool events, including damage to vehicles and persons. |
